Updated: June 20, 2016

The website is owned and operated by 60East Technologies, Inc. (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and visitors to the site (the “Site”). The 60East Technologies, Inc. Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes our practices for how your information is collected and used. This Privacy Policy applies to information that we collect and maintain about you when you visit or use the Site, download a trial evaluation of, or purchase, our product from other sources. This Privacy Policy applies to the Site only. You agree that your use of the Site signifies your assent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site.

Information Collected

At present, we use two types of information from you: (a) information that you voluntarily provide to us, including if you wish to download an evaluation copy of our software product or purchase a subscription for our product, sign up for our mailing list, contact us, or post on our blog (the “Blog”), and (b) information that is derived automatically from your visit to the Site through automated tracking mechanisms. These categories of information are explained in greater detail below.

Uses and Disclosures of Information Collected

1. Information That You Voluntarily Provide

If you choose to download an evaluation copy of our software product, we require you to you provide your email address. We will use this email address to send you a link through which you can download the evaluation copy.

In the event that you choose to purchase a subscription for our product, we will require you to provide contact information in addition to other information that may be required to complete the sale transaction, such as your name, contact information including phone number, payment information, and billing, shipping, and email addresses.

If you choose to subscribe to our electronic mailing list, we require you to provide your email address. When you subscribe, we send you a response email that requires you to confirm your subscription by clicking on a link. At this time we give you the option through a click-box to “Manage Your Preferences.” If you choose to click on this box, you may provide your first and last name to add to your mailing list profile, but this is optional. Every communication sent to the mailing list will contain information on unsubscribing.

The Site also allows visitors and customers to contact us via email with any questions, comments or concerns, anytime through the Site’s “Contact Us” form. If you choose to contact us through this form, we will collect your email information and any information you communicate through your messages. If you have a question, comment, problem or request concerning the Site or our product, we will use the contact information provided by you to respond to you. In certain instances, your information and/or our response may be provided to third parties as necessary to respond to any problem, question, comment, or request.

If you choose to make a posting on our Blog, we will collect any information necessary to process, post and respond to your posting. Information collected for this purpose may include your name and email address. Any links to other sites posted on our Blog by you, a visitor or by the Company are not subject to this Privacy Policy, and we make no representations about the privacy practices or policies of those sites.

If you are a visitor or customer and you have provided your contact information to us, we may use this information to contact you for account, billing, service and activity related notices, questions, and responses.

2. Automatically Collected Information; Cookies

In order to host and administer the Site, improve its quality, and provide better content, the Company may engage third parties to track and analyze non-personally identifiable usage, including volume statistical information and marketing analytics information, from visitors to and users of the Site, for the purpose of better serving our visitors and customers. These third parties may use cookies, explained below, to help track visitor behavior.

Cookies are files that web browsers place on a computer’s hard drive to tell site owners whether an individual has interacted with the website previously. The Site uses cookies to recognize repeat visits by users of the Site and to collect information about users’ interactions with the Site.

There are two types of cookies: session-based cookies and persistent-based cookies. Session cookies exist only during an online session. They disappear from your computer when you close your browser software or turn off your computer. Persistent cookies remain on your computers after you have closed your browser or turned off your computer. They include such information as a unique identifier for your browser. Standing alone, cookies do not contain personal data, and therefore do not identify you personally. They merely recognize your browser. Unless you choose to identify yourself to the Company, for example, by sending your personal information in an email or purchasing our software product, you will remain anonymous to the Company.

The cookies used by the Site will not be used to associate individual Site visitors with any personal data. All data collected by such third parties is used to provide us with information on Site usage and marketing analytics and will not be shared with any other third parties for unrelated purposes, except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The Company uses Google Analytics to track and analyze certain non-personally identifiable information, as explained above. You can find out more about Google Analytics and its privacy practices by visiting https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/. Google Analytics does not recognize the Do Not Track setting on browsers.

Email Opt-Out

If you are not a customer and you received one or more emails from us, it means one of two things: (i) your email address is on our list of customers, free trial users or prospective customers; or (ii) you have provided us your email address so that we may contact you. If you are not a customer and you wish to opt out of receiving email from us in the future, please follow the directions in the email, or you may also contact us by emailing us at [email protected].

If for any reason you believe you received an email from us in error, please contact us immediately by emailing us at [email protected].

Information Sharing

We will not sell, rent or lease your information to others.

Disclosures Required by Law of Legal Actions

Under certain circumstances, information collected by the Company may be subject to disclosure pursuant to judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants, or orders. In such circumstances, the Company may disclose information it has collected to comply with such order or legal requirement.

Further, the Company may disclose information collected in cases where we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our terms and conditions of use or may be causing injury or interference with our rights, property, our customers or anyone who could be harmed by such activities.

Corporate Reorganizations, Bankruptcy, or Sale

We may share information we collect with any parent company, subsidiary, division, or affiliate of the Company. Further, the Company may transfer any information as an asset, or share any such information, in connection with a contemplated, proposed or actual merger or sale (including any transfers made as part of an insolvency or bankruptcy proceeding) involving all or part of our business or as part of a corporate reorganization, stock sale or other change in control.

Disclaimer of Liability for Information Provided by Site Users

We are not liable or responsible for the personally identifiable or other information you or any user chooses to submit in any publicly accessible forums this Site may maintain, such as our Blog, a bulletin board, or chat room.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Site only. It does not apply to other websites to which the Site may link, including any websites posted on our Blog. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any third party websites, including third party service providers to the Site.

We take appropriate security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we maintain appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information and data stored on our system. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have unknowingly collected information from somebody under 18 years of age, we will immediately delete that information.
